The Food & Beverage Manager position at The Center Club presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with comprehensive expertise in club and restaurant operations. This full-time role, offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 annually, requires a polished, personable, and enthusiastic individual who can skillfully manage multiple priorities while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will act as the welcoming face of daily club operations, effectively bridging front and back of house interactions. Responsibilities encompass complete ownership of the beverage program, planning and executing club events and banquets, and leading a team to deliver exemplary service to members and guests. This role emphasizes quality, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality, ensuring all cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages meet the highest standards.
In addition to operational leadership, the Food & Beverage Manager will play a vital role in fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and teamwork throughout the club.
