The Floating Food Service Support role at Summit involves serving as a cook supervisor within a fast-paced kitchen environment in a correctional facility located in Saint Louis, Missouri. This full-time, onsite position requires significant travel—between 50% to 75%—to nearby locations, allowing the floating support professional to lend expertise and guidance across multiple sites. The principal responsibility includes coordinating and supervising kitchen staff to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to culinary standards.
In this role, you will train and instruct employees on various food service practices, ensuring meals begin on schedule.
