This role is a frontline position, crucial for maintaining the high standards of guest interaction and service efficiency, contributing directly to the guests’ overall enjoyment and the establishment’s reputation. The role is that of a professional Bartender, requiring a friendly, outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and keen organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests’ enjoyment through efficient service, quick thinking, and maintaining composure under pressure. This individual must possess a strong sense of timing and guest sensitivity, enabling them to anticipate needs and respond promptly and appropriately. As a Bartender, the individual will work closely with the entire service team to uphold a seamless and pleasant atmosphere, meticulously maintaining cleanliness and stock levels according to company standards. Primary tasks include mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes, taking orders, handling payments, and managing bar tabs. The Bartender must also be vigilant about guests’ state of intoxication, practicing responsible alcohol service to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. This position requires a minimum of two years bartending experience, along with state-compliant certifications such as a food handler’s card, liquor license, and Alcohol Compliance Education (ACE). Candidates must demonstrate basic computational and reading skills, organizational and multitasking proficiency, and an excellent grasp of standard drink recipes. The role also demands physical stamina due to the nature of the work environment, involving prolonged standing, frequent movement, and the ability to lift weights up to 45 pounds.   • 2 years of previous bartending experience
  • Be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • State applicable food handlers card, liquor license, and ACE (alcohol compliance education)
  • Ability to pass Responsible Service of Alcohol Test with a score of 90% or better
  • Basic mathematical skills and an ability to handle money and give correct change
