The company is currently seeking highly skilled Flight Instructors who will be responsible for delivering exceptional ground and simulator flight training. In this pivotal role, the Flight Instructor will uphold aviation regulations and FlightSafety’s rigorous training principles to ensure that clients receive the highest quality instruction. The Flight Instructor will conduct core, specialty, and enrichment courses designed to meet diverse client needs, crafting and preparing training materials aligned with official curriculum standards. A critical part of the role involves evaluating trainee progress, making qualification recommendations, and maintaining precise training records that document client achievements and areas needing enhancement. The instructor must stay vigilant in identifying training issues and cooperate with the team to resolve them prior to training execution. Maintaining current instructor qualifications in line with regulatory requirements is essential, alongside participating in FlightSafety’s Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug and Alcohol testing program. This position requires a dedicated educator with advanced knowledge of aviation safety practices and regulations, strong facilitation and customer service skills, and the ability to foster a positive, effective learning environment. The role also demands considerable physical capabilities due to the nature of simulator handling and classroom instruction.   • No educational requirement
  • must be able and willing to participate in FlightSafety's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program
  • possession of an unrestricted ATP certificate or ICAO member state Airline Transport Pilot License
  • if no ATP, must meet 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64 without a Supervised Operating Experience limitation
  • minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating
  • preferred FAR Part 135, FAR Part 121, or military training experience
  • preferred 2,500 hours of total flight time
