• Must be at least 20 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum of two years customer service experience in relevant industries
• Height and weight must allow safe operation including sitting in jump seat and navigating cabin
• Possess valid U.S. or foreign passport with applicable visas through at least December 31, 2026
• Legal right to work in the U.S. and unrestricted travel ability
• Willingness to relocate as needed
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Ability to report for on-call reserve duty
• Professional appearance representing American Airlines brand
• No visible tattoos
• No more than one earring per ear
• No facial piercings
