The Regional Operations Leader (ROL) role at Five Guys is a vital position designed for a strategic partner who will oversee the operational success of a designated group of restaurants within a specific geographical area. This leadership role is essential to maintaining and elevating the brand’s reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. The ROL will leverage strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations to drive sales growth, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure superior customer experiences across all assigned locations.
