As a Right at Home Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in serving a vulnerable population that deeply depends on your skills and compassion during challenging times. The company is prepared to fully support you with appropriate personal protective equipment and comprehensive training to equip you with everything you need to succeed in the job from day one. The role involves assisting clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship. You will work closely with clients to enhance their quality of life through various supportive services including light housekeeping, laundry, and engaging activities like reading and puzzles. - Must be 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- Must meet requirements for employees providing direct patient care
- Ability to pass a full employment background check
- Must have successfully completed a competency evaluation that meets state licensing law for home health agencies
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of experience as a Home Health Aide in healthcare settings
- Current CPR certificate is recommended
