We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lifestyle and Fitness Coordinator to join our dynamic Lifestyle team. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by developing, implementing, and leading comprehensive fitness and lifestyle programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of the community. The position offers an hourly pay range between $14.38 and $19.73 and provides an exciting career opportunity to grow within a purpose-driven organization. The Lifestyle and Fitness Coordinator will be responsible for managing fitness programs that cater to various ability levels, ranging from independent living to higher assisted living needs. Key responsibilities include conducting annual mobility reviews to ensure residents’ fitness programs remain effective and safe, documenting participation and measuring the success of offered programs, and assisting in policy development related to fitness activities. Promoting the fitness center and programs through multiple communication channels is an integral part of this role, requiring strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The coordinator will also ensure that fitness equipment is maintained in excellent, safe working condition and provide regular orientation sessions to educate and encourage residents on proper equipment usage. Beyond fitness, the role supports the organization and coordination of community programs and special events as directed by the Director of Lifestyle. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in planning group trips and recreational activities, further enriching the social fabric and lifestyle offerings of the community.   • Bachelor's degree or associate degree in exercise science or related field
  • two to three years of fitness experience
  • accredited certification in personal training required
  • industry certifications may include ACE, ACSM, AEA, AFAA, or NASM
  • current CPR certification

  • aqua certification preferred if pool on site
