The Dedicated Corporate Travel Consultant role based in New York offers a full-time, office-based opportunity with occasional onsite travel as required. This position is integral to the Event Travel and Event Management Teams, focusing on seamless coordination of event travel arrangements for attendees to ensure successful event execution. The role demands exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure. Responsibilities include booking flights, accommodations, and ground transport for event attendees, liaising with meeting planners, managing documentation, and maintaining clear communication channels with all stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle. The Consultant provides timely updates to leadership and contributes to pre-event administrative tasks and continuous professional development.
Working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with some evening and weekend duties as needed to meet job demands. - high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in travel management or related service industry
- proficiency in GDS, specifically Sabre preferred
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- experience with Power BI and C-vent software
