The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and organizing all F&B functions within the hotel’s outlets. This includes maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards, service excellence, and effective merchandising to maximize profitability. The role requires a proactive individual who takes ownership of guest experiences by swiftly addressing and following up on every request to ensure positive outcomes. Working closely with the F&B leadership team, the supervisor will also play a key role in coordinating with vendors and suppliers to timely introduce seasonal menu changes and ensure inventory accuracy. The position entails monitoring the quality of service and food products, participating in inventory management, conducting ordering processes, and assisting in menu planning and development. Beyond operational duties, the Food and Beverage Supervisor will lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team towards achieving exceptional guest service and staff satisfaction. Certifications such as Safe Server Alcohol and Food Handlers are mandatory, along with the legal ability to serve alcohol.
