The Shift Manager position at AES represents a critical leadership role within the restaurant. This role requires overseeing restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring superior guest service, and managing team members effectively in the absence of senior management. Shift Managers hold full accountability for operational performance, enforcing cash and inventory controls, and achieving set goals related to service, operations, and financial outcomes. In this role, Shift Managers will work closely with General and Assistant Managers to drive key performance areas such as guest satisfaction, speed of service, and quality control, while maintaining compliance with safety standards, employment laws, food safety regulations, and operational policies.
