The role demands a proactive approach to resolving passenger complaints and managing disruptions such as flight delays or cancellations. As part of your daily duties, you will operate equipment like jet ways and reservation software, ensure compliance with all regulatory and Swissport-specific policies, and maintain meticulous documentation. This position offers an hourly pay rate of $19.73 and requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively assist a diverse international passenger base.   • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Relevant work experience in customer service
