As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items with precision, adhering to recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served. This role involves setting up and stocking preparation and line stations, cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing kitchen spaces, equipment, and utensils to uphold strict sanitary practices. You will also be tasked with inspecting ingredients for freshness and quality, seasoning, and cooking food according to specifications, and assisting other kitchen staff during peak times. This position requires a team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards.
