The position entails working full-time, Monday through Friday, with two location options available: the Chino Campus from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, or the Rancho Campus from 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The attendants are responsible for maintaining the assigned areas of buildings and grounds, performing cleaning, minor repairs, and deliveries throughout the campus. Facility Maintenance Attendants handle a broad range of duties, including cleaning floors and carpets, washing windows and fixtures, replenishing supplies, moving and assembling furniture, and performing minor building repairs. They utilize various cleaning equipment such as scrub machines, vacuum cleaners, and carpet shampooers, and must be adept at operating these tools safely and effectively. Additionally, the position involves delivering furniture, equipment, and supplies using a college vehicle and setting up spaces for events, which demands good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
