The role of General Manager at Aimbridge Hospitality is a leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for an assigned hotel property. Success in this role is measured by accuracy in forecasting, guest satisfaction scores (GSS), profitability, financial acumen in managing topline and bottomline results, and the ability to attract and retain top talent.
