We are currently hiring for the role of Bartender, a key position within our hospitality staffing. As a Bartender at Bluecrew, you will be responsible for mixing and serving a variety of drinks at a full bar, ensuring each customer receives a high standard of care and attention. This role requires not only technical skills in beverage preparation but also strong interpersonal abilities to engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. In addition to serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, you will operate a Point of Sale (POS) machine to process transactions accurately and efficiently. The role includes preparing basic concession food items, maintaining cleanliness and organization of your work area, and ensuring all health and safety standards are met. You will handle cash and credit card payments securely, contributing to smooth bar operations. Physical stamina is essential as the role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. • Previous bartending experience is preferred
• Able to work independently or collaboratively with the team
• Effective customer interaction skills in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to clean and sanitize work equipment and utensils at the beginning and end of each shift
• Willingness to stay on your feet whether stationary or moving throughout the shift
• Comfortable with physically demanding activities including bending and reaching
• Able to thrive in a lively and occasionally hectic atmosphere
