Oak View Group is currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join their team at the Mortgage Matchup Center located in downtown Phoenix. This world-class venue is home to the Phoenix Suns and Mercury professional basketball teams, as well as a hub for various special events and concerts year-round. The role of Executive Sous Chef is vital to the kitchen's daily operations, directly contributing to the venue's reputation as the preeminent destination for sports and entertainment in the Southwest. The Executive Sous Chef at Oak View Group plays a crucial role in overseeing the culinary operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and employee performance. This position works closely with the Executive Chef to manage food and labor cost controls, supervise the public food culinary team, and provide event planning support.
