• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
• Ability to complete, pass, and maintain all required trainings and certifications
• Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend all scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to perform basic mental math
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
• Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry weights up to 65 lbs
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and occasionally climb ladders or ramps
