We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our dynamic team. This leadership role encompasses a comprehensive scope of responsibilities in both kitchen and restaurant operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences within our community. The Executive Chef will be instrumental in planning, preparing, and executing all food-related services, including special events, banquets, and themed meals, through innovation and creativity. The successful candidate will oversee budget management for the Food & Beverage department, ensuring costs align with monthly and annual targets while maintaining quality and excellence. Additionally, this role demands strong vendor management skills, adherence to purchasing standards, and maintenance of accurate inventory records. The Executive Chef will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising culinary and food service staff, fostering a collaborative environment between front and back of house teams to exceed residents’ expectations. This position requires a seasoned professional capable of maintaining high health and safety standards, managing food quality and presentation, and contributing to resident satisfaction through direct engagement and responsiveness to feedback.
