Starting salary ranges from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. The Concierge will act as the first point of contact for our residents, providing courteous and efficient assistance with inquiries, requests, and complaints. This role demands excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service or concierge roles, with a strong knowledge of local area services and hospitality best practices. Responsibilities include managing resident interactions both in person and over the phone with excellent phone etiquette, resolving issues promptly, and contributing positively to the overall resident experience. The candidate must be able to reliably commute to Hoboken, NJ, or plan to relocate before starting work. This is an in-person position requiring a dedicated and proactive approach to resident relations.
