The Executive Chef role at Social Club is a pivotal leadership position tasked with overseeing the entire kitchen operations to ensure the delivery of innovative, high-quality, and cost-effective culinary offerings that meet the club’s standards. This leadership position requires the management of diverse culinary teams, efficient kitchen processes, and adherence to budget and safety standards. The Executive Chef develops creative menus tailored to guest preferences and events while collaborating closely with Food & Beverage Directors and General Managers to align prices and kitchen financials. They are responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, quality control, training kitchen staff, scheduling, payroll management, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. • High school diploma or equivalent
• minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Chef
• valid county food handler’s permit
• valid ServeSafe permit
• availability to work full-time
• strong leadership and communication skills
• ability to manage budgets and labor costs
• knowledge of health and safety regulations
• experience with menu planning and food procurement
