They are responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, quality control, training kitchen staff, scheduling, payroll management, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Chef
  • valid county food handler’s permit
