Candidates will engage in varied daily tasks from answering and directing telephone inquiries to preparing emergency routing scenarios and directly communicating with bus drivers via a two-way radio regarding route or schedule changes and emergency situations. This dynamic environment demands competent handling of both routine operations and unexpected issues in compliance with district policies and safety regulations.
