• Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to be flexible based on business needs
• Effective communication skills
• Basic math and reading skills
• Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
• Successful completion of SONIC Skating Training Program (for Skating Carhops)
• Proficiency in roller skating
• Ability to stand, balance, carry trays and sweep while skating
• General knowledge of restaurant or retail operations preferred but not required
