  • Education equivalent to A.S. degree
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
  • Extensive catering experience preferred
  • Experience in high volume, complex foodservice operations
  • Knowledge of institutional and batch cooking
  • Hands-on culinary skills required
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and email
  • Commitment to client satisfaction programs
  • ServSafe certification preferred
