  • 10 years overall culinary experience in established restaurants or catering companies
  • At least 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with authentic Italian cuisine
  • ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required
  • Strong proficiency in financial management, Microsoft Office Suite, and POS systems
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire teams effectively
