As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent food quality, managing inventory and purchasing, overseeing kitchen cleanliness and maintenance, and aligning food service with financial and guest satisfaction goals. - 2 or 4 year degree in culinary arts or hospitality management preferred
- minimum 3 years experience as an executive chef, preferably in large, fast-paced, multi-outlet kitchens
- passion for industry trends and culinary techniques
- excellent interpersonal communication skills
- ability to work with PR and Marketing
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- food handler certification
- alcohol awareness certification if applicable
- knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, POS systems, inventory management, procurement software, payroll, timekeeping, and accounting software
