In this role, the Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including strategic purchasing, menu compliance, inventory management, food cost analysis, and production forecasting. - bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 3 years management experience
- minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
