The Ground Support Agent role is an entry-level position based onsite at the Teterboro, NJ location, under the Fixed Base Operations category. This role is essential in providing 5-star customer service to clients, visitors, and business partners. The Ground Support Agent acts as a key liaison between customers and various internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery — including aircraft cleaning, fueling, maintenance, and scheduling. Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, assisting with baggage, operating courtesy vehicles, and maintaining cleanliness of aircraft and facility areas. Candidates must be adaptable to a dynamic, around-the-clock operational schedule and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. This position offers a baseline hourly wage from $17 to $21 with the opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus up to 5% of the annual salary.   • High school diploma or GED or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
