  • Education to A.S. level or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years progressive culinary/kitchen management experience depending upon formal degree or training
  • Extensive catering experience preferred
  • Experience in high volume, complex foodservice operations preferred
  • Knowledge of institutional and batch cooking
  • Proven hands-on chef experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of food trends and safety procedures
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet applications
  • Willingness to engage in client satisfaction programs
  • ServSafe certification preferred
