This role requires a dynamic individual who is not only skilled in culinary arts but also excels in managing teams, staff training, and scheduling. Our Executive Chef will be responsible for guiding a large team of kitchen employees, including 20-25 stewards per shift, ensuring optimal staff levels to meet the fluctuating demands of our guests. The position offers a competitive salary starting at $70,000, with potential for bonuses based on performance and experience. • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent level of experience
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an Executive Chef
