This role allows a hands-on approach, with the chef spending about 80% of the time actively cooking and perfecting dishes. You will be tasked with designing authentic regional menus that spotlight diverse North Indian specialties while also incorporating innovative culinary trends. Leading a team of seven culinary professionals, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing menu planning, procurement, and managing inventory while prioritizing fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.   • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years management experience in culinary or food services
