The role of Casino Cleaner at PENN Entertainment is central to maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the gaming and public areas within the facility, excluding kitchen spaces. Ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring all front-of-house areas, including bars, offices, restrooms, entryways, and special event spaces, are clean, safe, and presentable for guests and coworkers alike. Responsibilities include trash removal, maintaining the appearance of the Porte Cochere, and reporting any operational concerns to the Environmental Services Shift Supervisor. This position is aligned with maintaining the company’s high standards of sanitation and customer service while embodying a friendly and courteous demeanor. The Casino Cleaner will work regularly with diverse teams and must be willing to handle varied physical tasks in a dynamic, sometimes noisy workplace environment with exposure to outdoor elements and chemical agents.                 - Must be at least 21 years of age
 - have a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or up to one month of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
 - ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
 - ability to write simple correspondence
 - ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
 - ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
 - ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
 - prefer previous experience cleaning commercial property
 - ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
 - stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
 - occasionally climb or balance and smell
 - must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
 - specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
 - occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions
 - must have good written and oral communication and organizational skills
 - must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations
 - must possess a valid driver’s license and have acceptable driving history as determined by Penn National Gaming’s auto insurance carrier
