The Events Coordinator position at Life Time offers a dynamic opportunity to support the Events and Corporate Communications team alongside adult sports programming, including activities such as Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops. This role is essential in maintaining a vibrant club atmosphere by managing the logistics and tactical details of various events and adult sports programs. The coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that events run smoothly and meet the company’s mission and vision. Furthermore, this position plays a critical role in member retention by delivering a high-quality, engaging experience that encourages ongoing participation and satisfaction. The Events Coordinator will also contribute to marketing campaigns, promote club events to both members and non-members, and provide documentation and reporting for event success metrics. This full-time role demands excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail and customer service. The successful candidate will be CPR and AED certified and willing to travel as required.                 - High school diploma or GED
 - 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
 - Excellent oral and written communication skills
 - High attention to detail
 - Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
 - CPR and AED certified
 - Ability to travel as required
