The role of Events Operations Supervisor at isolved plays a critical part in supporting the company’s expanding events program, which encompasses tradeshows, partner activations, customer experiences, and internal company events. Reporting to the Senior Events Manager, this position is responsible for executing the operational infrastructure of event planning and delivery. The Events Operations Supervisor manages a variety of important functions including vendor contract coordination, budget support and reconciliation, as well as assisting with on-site logistics. This role is pivotal in ensuring every event reflects the company’s brand excellence and operational precision.
The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with procurement, finance, legal, sales, and marketing teams, demonstrating strong project coordination skills and a collaborative, hands-on approach. This is a dynamic position requiring the supervisor to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects, and managing deadlines with meticulous attention to detail. They will be expected to maintain event assets such as sales kits, giveaways, and booth materials, foster strong relationships with vendors and venues, and ensure smooth execution of customer and partner events.
Travel is an important component of this role, requiring between 20 to 40 percent domestic travel during peak seasons, including occasional weekends. Physical demands include the ability to lift and transport materials up to 50 pounds during event setup and takedown. - bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, hospitality management, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in event operations, event planning, or marketing support, preferably in a B2B environment
- proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- experience coordinating contracts, budgets, and vendor relationships in a corporate or agency setting
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft 365
- willingness to travel 20-40 percent of the time and work occasional weekends
