The role available is a Private Dining Sales Coordinator, a critical position that bridges client interaction with operational execution. This role requires a dedicated professional to manage event inquiries, book private dining and catering events, and ensure seamless communication between clients and restaurant management teams. The Private Dining Sales Coordinator is responsible for nurturing client relationships, tracking sales leads, negotiating contracts, and managing logistics to deliver outstanding service experiences. The position demands excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in event management systems like TripleSeat.
The ideal candidate will handle multiple responsibilities including responding swiftly to client inquiries, advising on sales opportunities tailored by the unique offerings of Schwartz Brothers Restaurants, and coordinating outside amenities such as rentals, floral arrangements, and audiovisual equipment. Negotiating and preparing precise event contracts, maintaining accurate forecasting and sales records, and collaborating closely with restaurant management teams during weekly meetings are also essential functions of this role.
This position requires a commitment to excellence and a professional demeanor, as well as reliable transportation to facilitate travel between various restaurant locations. Candidates should expect to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event schedules. The salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, dependent on experience.
