The position of Events Coordinator at Price Industries represents a vital role within their business development team. This full-time, entry-level position requires a candidate who is enthusiastic about events management and possesses strong organizational and customer service skills. The role involves managing all aspects of scheduled events, training classes, customer visits, and promotional activities within the company. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with vendors, including hotels, printing companies, and event venues, to ensure seamless event execution across their facilities in Georgia and Arizona. This role demands hands-on management of logistics such as securing accommodations, arranging transportation, coordinating food and beverage services, and managing event materials like welcome letters, marketing collateral, registration lists, gift bags, and seating cards. The candidate will also support on-site event production, including greeting guests, managing the event environment, and ensuring the facilities are clean and operationally ready. Managing inventory for event supplies and endorsing general administrative support tasks are also integral to the role. Candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and a minimum of two years’ experience as an Event Coordinator or a related field involving hospitality, administration, customer service, or production control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with additional value placed on experience with email marketing software and webinar event management. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, are capable of multitasking, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to lift up to 30 pounds and possess dependable transportation for occasional shopping or guest pickups is necessary.
