As part of its integration with La Colombe, Chobani is seeking a Barista to join the team and be the face of its coffee experience. This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive wage of $20.00 per hour. The Barista role is vital in delivering memorable customer service, embodying the warmth and energy of the Chobani and La Colombe brands. This position involves direct customer engagement, crafting beverages with consistent quality, and maintaining an inviting and clean environment for guests. The Barista at La Colombe serves as a community builder and brand ambassador, learning the craft of coffee making with expert training provided by the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include customer interaction, operating point-of-sale systems, managing personal workstations, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting team members to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
