The Event Coordinator also supports shrink and safety programs and adheres strictly to company policies and procedures, acting as a role model for professionalism and positive customer engagement. The position requires organizational prowess, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously. The physical demands involve standing for extended periods, moving throughout the store, bending, lifting, and occasionally climbing ladders.
