The Pastry Cook II role is an exciting opportunity to join this distinguished Pastry Team at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club. This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate starting at $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and location. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility and availability to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. As a Pastry Cook II, you will be instrumental in the creation, preparation, and production of all pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts served across the resort's diverse food and beverage outlets. The role demands adherence to the highest culinary standards, ensuring all items meet the designated recipes and quality benchmarks that define the Waldorf Astoria’s reputation.
