Responsibilities include demonstrating craft projects, face painting, managing party add-ons like goody bags and balloons, and ensuring client satisfaction by adapting events to their needs. Administrative tasks such as answering emails, phone calls, and paperwork are also essential to the role. Additionally, the coordinator plays a vital part in the daily operations of the store by helping customers shop, locating products, and delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience. Duties extend to supporting the store’s merchandise recovery, truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance to uphold the brand promises. The Event Coordinator also participates in company programs such as shrink and safety initiatives and is cross-trained in custom framing selling and production.
