The Events and Facilities Project Manager at Cascade PBS plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's overarching event strategy. The role involves overseeing a wide range of events, including stand-alone events, venue happenings, and collaborations with partner organizations. The project manager handles everything from event registration and sponsorship deliverables to procurement of stewardship donations packages. Coordination with cross-functional teams such as finance, legal, design, and marketing communications is essential for ensuring seamless delivery of events and projects. Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and email marketing CRM systems is highly valued. The position demands strong organizational talents, strategic problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. In addition to event coordination, this project manager provides administrative and operational support to technology department leads, managing detailed scheduling, logistics coordination, and facilitating interdepartmental communication.
