The role of the Ticketing Data Coordinator is a vital position within Caesars Entertainment’s event and ticketing operations. This full-time hybrid remote role involves collecting, reviewing, and inputting accurate data related to ticketing events using the Ticketmaster Archtics system while adhering strictly to Caesars' procedural best practices and established standards. This position requires proficiency in multiple ticketing and event management tools including Archtics, Host and Host applications, TM1, and the EMT Event Management Tool. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel, and a strong attention to detail. The Ticketing Data Coordinator is responsible for gathering pending and confirmed show information, confirming scaling, building new charts, and updating online maps as necessary. This individual builds events within Archtics and TM ticketing systems, ensuring that all source event data is entered following procedural lists, control records, and coding schemes. Events originating from Special Events and Casino Marketing are incorporated into Archtics to make inventory accessible to all sales channels. The role requires creating and updating event manifests for live events, maintaining retail exception packages, managing ticket templates, painter settings, and conducting tests prior to property release, as well as managing APIs and day-of-sale EMS lists into the Fulfillment Archtics List. This position demands a thorough understanding of the contractual elements linked to Caesars LUA and venue-related fees. The coordinator will regularly communicate with various properties within Caesars Entertainment to clarify submitted information, ensuring the successful completion of event builds and updates. Additionally, the role may involve carrying out various other duties as assigned by the National Event Creation Manager. Ideal candidates will have between 2 to 4 years of experience with the Ticketmaster system or relevant field experience, along with prior box office experience. An overall awareness of the entertainment business, coupled with a service-oriented mindset, is essential. The ability to work well under supervision, while also demonstrating self-direction, initiative, and motivation, is crucial for success. Candidates should be capable of multitasking, seeking solutions proactively, and performing duties independently without awaiting direct instruction. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills, combined with excellent computer literacy and data entry capabilities, are required to excel in this position.
