This position involves managing incoming event inquiries, recommending suitable event spaces based on client needs, preparing tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that bookings meet or exceed budgetary expectations. Collaboration across several departments is essential to ensure smooth communication and flawless event execution.
