The Event Planning and Budget Coordinator role is a key position within the Production Services group of the Worldwide Events team. This group supports numerous Apple teams by managing the end-to-end planning, production processes, guest journeys, and the unique operational details that make Apple events extraordinary. Based at the heart of Apple’s campus, including the Steve Jobs Theater and Apple Park Observatory, this role offers the opportunity to work on some of the company’s most high-profile productions. As an Event Planning and Budget Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple budget administrative elements integral to the success of these events. Your primary duties will include managing budget tracking, purchase order processing, vendor relationships, labor coordination, and database upkeep. This role demands high organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex production environments efficiently. It requires someone familiar with theatrical, live event, or production logistics, who can maintain clear communication with internal teams, producers, vendors, and crew members.
