As a Server, your primary responsibility will be to create memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional food and beverage service and attending to guests’ needs with care and attentiveness. You’ll be instrumental in fostering a friendly and upbeat atmosphere that encourages guests to return. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Servers are expected to interact warmly with guests, make thoughtful menu suggestions, relay orders accurately through the point-of-sale system, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks. In addition to frontline service, you will assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, which contributes to an overall great guest experience. The position includes physical requirements such as standing, walking, lifting items up to 25 pounds, bending, and stooping throughout the shift. Compensation includes hourly pay at the tip credit minimum wage plus tips, with actual earnings varying based on your availability. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous food service or customer service experience helpful but not required
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
