This role is a management position focused on overseeing daily floor operations involving technical teams responsible for deploying and maintaining audio-visual solutions during events at busy hotel locations. Reporting directly to senior operations leadership, the Manager is responsible for workforce coordination, inventory control, client billing review, and ensuring that equipment and services meet or exceed client expectations. Key aspects of this leadership role include supervising technicians, managing schedules, facilitating communication among teams, and handling customer interactions onsite to guarantee satisfaction. The position also involves mentoring staff to enhance their skills and professional development, thereby strengthening the team’s overall capability and service quality.
