The Event Manager - Project Delivery Specialist role with Deloitte is an exciting opportunity within the Project Delivery Talent Model (PDM), designed specifically for long-term, onsite or remote client service delivery. This includes implementing best practices, addressing quality issues, and driving operational outcomes to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
Candidates for this role should have 4 to 8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder management, content development, and data analysis. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred. Additionally, candidates should possess strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple projects, and proficiency in digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Salesforce (SFDC), Looker Marketing dashboards, Marketo, and other relevant platforms.
The position offers a competitive salary range from $97,800 to $163,215, reflective of various factors including skills, experience, certifications, and market considerations. There may also be eligibility for participation in a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance. The role requires the ability to travel approximately 10% on average, ensuring engagement with clients as necessary.
