The Event Manager - Project Delivery Specialist position is designed for an experienced and passionate professional who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is offered under Deloitte's Project Delivery Talent Model (PDM), which allows for long-term client service delivery either onsite or remotely with limited travel requirements. As an Event Manager within this model, you will serve as a consultant who brings fresh ideas and innovative thinking to client projects, focusing on planning and managing events from conception to completion. Responsibilities include managing all logistics associated with events, coordinating with partner agencies, developing engaging content, and ensuring a smooth execution of projects within targeted timelines. You will be expected to oversee account-based marketing initiatives, generate and interpret data reports to optimize future marketing campaigns, and collaborate with marketing teams to bolster campaign effectiveness. This role requires strong stakeholder communication skills as well as the ability to lead client engagement workstreams aimed at process improvement and operational excellence. Candidates for this position should have a strong track record in event management, project coordination, and content development, backed by at least 4-8 years of relevant work experience in fast-paced environments. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will also be considered. Candidates should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to travel up to 10 percent of the time is required. The salary range for this role is estimated to be between $97,800 and $163,215, with potential eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance. • Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, business or a related field or equivalent experience
• 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation
