The Event Manager (EM) at 1440 Multiversity plays a vital role in delivering seamless event experiences that align with the organization's mission and exceed client expectations. This on-site position is the primary contact for event planners, guests, and faculty throughout the event lifecycle, from pre-planning and budget development through execution and post-event follow-up. The EM coordinates all logistical details including space planning, activity scheduling, contract management, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure each event's success. Proficiency in managing diverse events such as conferences, retreats, and team-building activities is essential. The role demands strong multitasking abilities, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solution-oriented mindset to anticipate and address challenges swiftly.   • college degree or equivalent supervisory/administrative experience
  • event/banquet management experience in hospitality (CMP preferred)
