The club is currently seeking an Event Coordinator for a full-time role with a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year. The Event Coordinator’s primary responsibilities center around booking, planning, detailing, and executing a variety of private events including social functions, weddings, member events, and corporate gatherings. This position demands strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple event-related tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent client relationships. The role includes active promotion and sales of private events, responding promptly to event inquiries, conducting site tours with prospective clients, preparing and presenting detailed event proposals and contracts, and maintaining strong ongoing relationships with members and clients. Additionally, the Event Coordinator will play a critical part in event planning and detailing by consulting clients on event objectives, budgets, timelines, and preferences, while coordinating all logistical aspects such as menu planning, decor, rentals, linens, and audiovisual needs. Furthermore, the job requires drafting and managing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), diagrams, and timelines to ensure seamless communication and coordination among culinary, service, and operations teams. Designing room layouts and floorplans tailored to each event and managing event aesthetics to meet Hope Valley Country Club’s high standards are also key duties in this role. Collaboration with the Executive Chef and culinary team on menu selections and dietary accommodations is integral to delivering flawless event executions.   • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or related field preferred
